We proposed an approach in 3 steps with a mix of expert reviews (to cover most of functional/legal aspects) and individual interviews to understand the main motivations and pain points on existing similar payment processes. Then we created a set of storyboards to illustrate some realistic scenario that are common to all markets. covering business, legal, technical constraints and usage.

EL RETO

Project was to align a "split payment" solution on 5 new markets with high technical/legal constraint and cultural differences.

We proposed an approach in 3 steps with a mix of expert reviews (to cover most of functional/legal aspects) and individual interviews (to understand the main motivations and pain points on existing similar payment processes. Then we created a set of storyboards to illustrate some realistic scenario that are common to all markets, covering business, legal, technical constraints and usage.

We used a mix of 4 methodologies with 60 participants across 5 markets.

RESULTADOS

The outcome at the end of this project, the project team was given a set of storyboards to represent the most realistic credit scenario for each market.
