An internationally operating insurance provider asked us to evaluate a prototype of a new B2B tool that they had developed for their external and internal agents. We conducted the research together with our UXA partners from Italy, Spain, and Australia.
An insurance provider asked us to evaluate a prototype of a new B2B tool that they had developed for their external and internal agents.
We conducted IDI's in four countries to evaluate the new prototype with potential users. We collected qualitative feedback and comments, behavioral observation, and ratings.
We uncovered several severe and conceptual issues with the prototype and provided suggestions for how to address them in the MVP.
